I had to be a squeaky wheel to get any clarity or response to any of my concerns. Repair time went over and it took a full day of constant calling before the following day I got lucky in catching my rep and got an explanation why the delay. I had to delay a family trip because of the lack of communication

0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I brought my car in without issues with my struts. My car was in shop for a week. My car comes out of the shop with smudges all over the seats and door. My car had to be taken back three times to have it detailed to remove all of the smudges. That shouldn't have been like that. It makes me think that my car wasn't taken care of while in the shop.
