Nice apartments, facilities and office staff We found the process of renting easy at Bell Ken-Caryl and the office was responsive. The apartments are roomy with contemporary fixtures and layout. The facilities - workout room, common area, pool and hot tub were great. When we left the apartment (we bought a house), the office was flexible on the move. Because we were short term renters, Bell Ken-Caryl offered the best value and service. The location is convenient to 470, hiking and shopping.

Verified Renter The staff is always attentive to you and stop whatever they are doing to make you feel like you are important. They have good follow up and make sure the problem was taken care of promptly. The maintenance techs are knowledgeable and usually fix it right the first time out. By far the best apartment living experience I’ve ever had.
