Verified Renter Bell Ken Caryl has been a great place to live. We love being walking distance to a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office, restaurants, etc. We've really enjoyed being so close to South Valley Park and having access to the KC Ranch trails, walking paths, and parks! Armando is an awesome groundskeeper - he takes excellent care of the property, and we really appreciate it. Give that man a raise!

The team here actually cares for its residents, they are always having fun things going on, they are extremely timely and care about everyone here. I can tell I made the best choice for my family to move here, I cant wait to spend many more years here!
