Verified Renter We rented at Bell Preston Reserve sight unseen, everything done on the internet and over the phone. We moved from up north, and had never set foot in North Carolina. Our experience in the 7 months we are here has been great. We love the layout of the apartment, our location in the complex.( very close to the gym and community area) which we use very frequently. Verified Renter Twelve years at Preston Reserve, 3 owners, many managers. Consistently a good place to live. Friendly neighbors, usually quiet. Great floor plan with abundant light. Only apartment I know of with 2 garages, a wood burning fireplace and covered patio. Trish is an outstanding manager.

Not as advertised! What makes a place "Luxury"? Just adding it to your marketing doesn't make it so! This is the worst place we've lived in. There is no parking, my wife and I get mobbed by young people (who probably don't live here) trying to gain access to the gym when we leave the gym, if you put in a maintenance request it can take over a week to get a response. There is nothing that would be considered "luxury" about this place. We don't plan on renewing our lease.
