The ofc mgr and all staff have always been very responsive to any questions or concerns we have ever had in our 3 years here; the community is in a great location; beautifully landscaped and maintained; units have new appliances and finishes. The leasing ofc and clubhouse are breathtaking; the amenities are fabulous and new and maintained!

Verified Renter Bell Preston is a quiet and nice place to live in. The surroundings are well maintained and tickets raised for issues within the apartment are attended to at the earliest possible. It is also safe for my kids to move around on their own.

Verified Renter Quiet apartment complex with friendly neighbors. Parking is terrible and non-emergency maintenance is about a weeks wait. Only one trash bin for complex, so it frequently looks and smells terrible. Dog waste bags take a long time to get refilled when they run out.
