My only negative experience is the lack of noise control at times - although where I am located now it is much better than before (people would and still do have cell phone conversations under bedroom windows of neighbors) and kids arguing loudly and riding their scooters and skate boards in front of cars - several have almost been hit. Verified Renter Excellent managers at Bell. Always respect their work and accessibility. The apartments are good, except the AC/Heat units need replacing because there is an odor coming from the gas canisters and the units themselves are corroded inside the apartment. Giving off more smell

Verified Renter Great community, love the spacious rooms, high ceilings, walking closets, you got the feeling of living on vacation! quiet relax, love the common spaces, the gym its very clean, the pool, grill area and the community section where you share with neighbors, the food trucks and the different programs that they offer, everything its just wonderful, I will recommend to anybody Preston Reserve, the staff its very welcoming since day one you feel welcome in a safe community!
