Beautiful Apartment and Living Beautiful apartment in a conveniently located part of Rockville that is transquil. The staffs here are the real difference maker. They go above and beyond for their residents. I would like to see more attention to the maintenance of the complex and enforcement of rules. I have seen smoking on grounds, littering, and just behaviors I don’t expect in a luxury apartment.

Used to be great, now not so much. When it was known as Siesta Key, I moved in because of the promises and treatment I got. The leasing staff was great, the building was spanking new and smelled new. Amenities where great, no complaints i was actually blown away to find such a complex.
