Verified Renter I love it, so far so good. The parking is too close, and not enough spots. I do not like the large spaces under the front doors ?? where rodents, bugs can crawl under.

They are a remarkable group (staff and maintenance) of people working here to their friendliness, support, fixing things in a timely manner, great customer services and they make you feel that you are a part of the Bell Shady Grove family. Verified Renter I love everything about my apartment. I love the most the security. The staff is just amazing. Location is approximately 10 minutes from work and I can walk pretty much anywhere. Public transportation is available again is in walking distance. I would refer this place to friends.

Verified Renter Bell Shady Grove is a wood frame building. What that means is something as little as dropping a box can transfer to your neighbor’s apartment home. Quite pricey for smaller apartments. Otherwise great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention, Brandon and Shae, keep up the good work.

Verified Renter Bell Shady Grove apartment community has been a very beautiful, well kept and peaceful community experience so far. My experience here has been so nice and beautiful it still feels like I am living at a resort. The management team or staff have been and are always extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.
