Verified Renter I have lived at Bell ShadyGrove for three years so that speaks for itself. The Building has a beautiful aesthetic, location and a caring and responsive leasing staff. Location excellent for everything one needs, access to interstates, shopping, recreation, parks, medical facilities. Indoor parking, lockers for packages, being able to have a pet, valet trash as well as great apartment amenities, all make this place special.

I think Bell Shady Grove goes above and beyond not only to get you to sign the lease but to keep you loving your decision. I love my new apartment and my new neighbors. The best decision I could of made.
