Verified Renter The leasing office staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The package system works very well and maintenance requests are completed quickly. Wine down Wednesday is a great time!

Verified Renter Bell Shady Grove is a wood frame building. What that means is something as little as dropping a box can transfer to your neighbor’s apartment home. Quite pricey for smaller apartments. Otherwise great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention, Brandon and Shae, keep up the good work.

Verified Renter Bell Shady Grove apartment community has been a very beautiful, well kept and peaceful community experience so far. My experience here has been so nice and beautiful it still feels like I am living at a resort. The management team or staff have been and are always extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly.

We walked into the apartment complex to the office and the staff was super friendly….and right then and there Brandon I think the assistant community manager was urging Dipper to show us a tour of one of the apartments.
