Understaffed, Overpriced, Poor Maintenance, Trash Inconvenience, Rent Acceleration Clause They really want to be a luxury complex and charge luxury prices (beware of 30-50% increases in rent when your lease renews). However, they are understaffed, which makes it difficult for them to be responsive to tenant requests. Each request tended to take at least four visits to get things resolved from grumpy staff. Verified Renter Bell South Lamar is my first apartment experience. The staff here is great they are sweet kind friendly. I like to make them goodies to say thank you. If maintenance is needed they are good about getting it done ASAP they are friendly and kind.
