Verified Renter Lovely apartment complex, one of the nicest places I've ever lived in Austin. Never thought I'd live in a studio but I love it! We get plenty of light and have a good sized kitchen! It's so close to myfavorite Austin restaurants and hangout spots! Zilker, Alamo Drafthouse, Torchy's Tacos... A fantastic place to live!
No AC for 2 Months! Great location, decent interior build-out. The office staff is a nightmare. -We moved units within the complex. It took management almost a month to process new lease paperwork with us having to go into the office multiple days in a given week. -We were served an eviction notice after management misplaced rent payment. -We were towed from the property three different times because management changed their permitting policy without notifying residents. -Our AC went out in August in Texas. Verified Renter I've been living here a year and a half. I like the staff a lot. Always friendly and go out of their way to get the job done. They've stayed late when I needed a parking pass and were very nice about a noise complaint I had against me. (EEK!) I can be a bit high maintenance but they never make me feel that way. I just renewed a 14 mo lease because of the team here. THANK YOU!!!
