Verified Renter So far I am not satisfied with my stay at Bell Vinings. The kitchen and drawing room wooden floor is in bad shape and need repair. I was informed before lease signing that those repairs would be made but no progress has been made. I requested for pest control treatment but there are no notification from community office about it. I think the staff over here is very lazy and unresponsive. I regret the day I signed the lease, even though it has been only about 2 weeks that I have stayed here.
