Verified Renter Bell Vinings is a nice looking community with great floor plans, and is taken care of very well. Apart from that, it is a relatively loud community. Landscaping starts at 8am, dumpsters are caried throughout the community around the same time and it's extremely loud, and the walls and floors are hollow, exposing you to your neighbors noises. I couldn't recommend this place because of the noise and lack of enforcement.
