Verified Renter In the past, I have rated my overall satisfaction as "Excellent"; however, in recent years, there have been issues that have changed my experiences to "Good". It is not necessarily the fault of the property management team (for the most part -- there has been some turnover in staffing) but by the fact that other the tenants and guests do not respect the community itself nor others who reside at Bell Vinings.
Verified Renter Bell vinings provides high class living, but lacks good service in return. I almost never get a response when reaching out to the leasing office via phone, and it takes almost a week for an email reply. Given the price you pay for these apartments, I dont believe the office staff upholds those same standards. Im unsure weather the issue is that they are understaffed, but they are very poor with following up.
Verified Renter Great apartments with high ceilings, great floor plans, updated kitchens, and convenient parking deck and mail access. Pricing reflects this, but is fair for the area. Cell phone signal is incredibly poor, however. I have to stand next to the window in order to call anyone or receive messages (2 bars of signal at best. Usually 1 bar.). Anywhere else in my apartment or in the halls of the complex, and you'll have zero service.
Verified Renter I love Bell Vinings and have lived here since 2012. Leasing staff and Maintenance staff are excellent. My floor plan is beautiful...like none other in this area of Cobb county.

Verified Renter I have lived at Bell Vinings for over 1 year now and the management and staff do a tremendous job managing the facility. It's a comfortable place to live, quiet with all the amenties. Best location ever for ease of access to multiple locations including downtown, Buckhead, The Braves Stadium, Perimeter, even to the airport. I have looked at a number of Bell properties in Atlanta and find them to be very well done with excellent staff (note: not afiliated with organization).
