Lori sent so many pictures of different available units and really made our move as seamless as possible. The staff and management are stellar — professional, responsive, and really seem to care about making sure residents needs are met and the community is a happy one. The apartments and amenities probably are exactly what you’d expect for a luxury apartment complex of this type. Verified Renter Bell Watertown is an ok place to live for a while. I don’t know how they can advertise as “luxury” apartments though - you can tell the buildings were put up in a hurry. In our particular unit, the vinyl flooring is peeling up in a number of places. Almost all of the interior doors are difficult to open/close or are coming off their hinges. The sink in the guest bathroom is installed at an angle, so water pools and molds if you don’t soak up the water every time you use the sink. The playground on site is haz... read more
Verified Renter I have been very pleased with the management at Bell Watertown. They helped me feel at home right away, and living here has been such a pleasure. The buildings and grounds are beautiful and perfectly maintained, and the special events have been a fun surprise. My dog doesn't swim, but we both had a good time at the Pooch Pool Plunge!

She was extremely patient, and thoughtful and overall made what I assumed to be a stressful experience the complete opposite. If you need support looking for an apartment and want someone to be attentive to your needs, she'll be your go-to.
