Verified Renter Overall, living at Bell is great. The management staff is always fantastic and the neighbors are friendly. The amenities and common areas are always clean, and it is very safe. My only complaint is the trash and recycling areas.
Verified Renter It WAS great. Now just average. Needs an upgrade to buildings - painting on the exterior and interior, new carpeting in hallways. Exterior windows have never been washed. Maintenance staff is great. Management could be much improved (not knowledgable and doesn't patrol area or know of or act on issues unless multiple residents complain. I've been a resident for 6 years and am considering moving because this place is going down the tubes.
