This place looked nice on the tour, but living here has been a different story. It’s a “luxury apartment complex,” but the carpet started peeling off the floor after moving in and we’ve had mold growing on the base of the windows due to drafts and shoddy construction. The mailroom is literally just large piles of boxes that you have to sift through to find your package. They have closed the pool for long periods of time and the elevator keeps breaking down. The team at Bell Westford have been so supportive. I have been here about 3 years and have had support from them thru Covid, Surgeries and mobility issues and they have even brought groceries that were dropped off for me during an illness to the outside of my door. They have more important things to do to Manage this place but they find time to help people out. Thank you Bell Westford and a huge thanks to Katie and the rest of the team!!!

We are new renters at Bell Westford, and so far we are very pleased. The management and leasing team have been great. I'm impressed with how quickly everyone responds to emails. We have had one maintenance issue, and the response was quick and solved the problem. Our building is quiet and well maintained.

I never received my deposit back after moving out and I was also charged an extra month of rent after moving out and till this day a year later the collectors for the money contact me every day harassing my phone Bell Westford fraud money hungry angry environment

Bell Westford is a great residence! The grounds and amenities are fantastic. The staff are very attentive. The maintenance team is very professional and prompt. I can’t wait for the pools to open! Thank you Tony Wallace

Hello! My name is Helene. I have lived at Bell Westford for 6 months now and I could not be happier. The Team here is incredible. Amazingly friendly too! It is so apparent that they love their jobs because of the way they embrace their tenants. I have spoken to Patrick many times and not only does he hear what you have to say...he acts on it. I have lived here since the New Year and am very happy with my new apartment, my experience with management, and especially with Katie in leasing and Joe & Tom who are our maintenance team. I feel safe, cared for, and that I am living in incredibly comfortable style with great amenities. First off, none of these cookie cutter apartments should be ranked five stars. I have lived at Hanover (now Bell) for about 16 months and would say it is a decent complex. Pro: The Dog policy is good and even great if you have a huge dog or misunderstood breed. Con: Dog policy. Not the best policy though if you have young kids or owners that cannot handle their dogs.
