Verified Renter Bell Westford has been an enjoyable community to live in, with a number of good amenities. Maintenance responds quickly to requests, and I've found most of my neighbors to be quiet and concientious. However, I've found the lease renewal process to be somewhat frustrating, and the proposed rent increases to be aggressive. This is made all the more frustrating by amenities such as the mail room being in poor condition during an entire lease term, making proposed increases seem even more unwarrented.
