Verified Renter I think that Bell Westford is a beautiful and quiet residential community. I recently moved from Princeton, New Jersey. I looked at several communities in the neighborhood of Westford, and I chose Bell Westford because it is nice and private, yet located a short driving distance from from all the commercial facilities and services I need to access.

Paper thin walls!! Don’t move here Management is so crappy they do nothing about noise complaints. Early in the morning there is hammering and banging that won’t stop. The walls are paper thin. You pay more than a house payment to get no sleep!!!!!!!

Awful Management Ever since Bell Westford took over there has been no management to help with anything. Even corporate won’t return your phone call. So many people move in and out so quickly. You have to dig for packages and walk a long ways just to throw out trash. You also won’t get a garage right away. I had to wait months because they didn’t build enough.

Bad smells everywhere! Your unit might get marijuana smoke! This complex is advertised as luxury apartments. Now, I am asking you: Is smelling marijuana smoke everyday in your unit a luxury? Or Is smelling garbage on the hallways? We are smelling strong weed smoke at least twice everyday, when we are sleeping in the bedroom or sitting in the living room.
