RecommendedI went to receive an infusion to stop my migraine. I was attended by Fernando at the front desk and he was incredibly helpful and nice. He quickly took my information and moved me into a room to get help. My nurse was Adriana and she was wonderful, very informative and caring. I was seen by Doctor Eskandari very promptly. RecommendedI brought in my teenage niece with dehydration symptoms. Dr Quintanilla and staff spent quality time talking with her to understand her background and symptoms. They ran a series of tests and determined the root cause that led to her dehydration. She 2as 200% better when we left. We were there at shift change and the team transferred her care seamlessly and with the same high quality of attention. Thank you nurses Adriana and Tony and RAD techs Cris and Ronnie for helping put her at ease and bring her comfort.
RecommendedI came in for a blood clot and they immediately gave me care. They did several tests to identify the problem and prescribed meds and treatment. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Quintanilla and Adriana were top notch! I would definitely go there again if the need arises. Thank you for taking such good care of me!
This place is wonderful from the front desk person jay to the really nice nurse Rachel and also dr Q was really nice and explain everything and help me with my painAlso the er is very clean and they make you feel so nice. It was a wonderful experience I come from New York never ever got so good service
Rachel and Dr. Eskandrai was the best at Bellaire ER!
So helpful, fast and competent! My husband had to go there for a suspected embolism (false worry) and the day after I had to go for a urinary infection. As a result they gave us both free flu shots the following week! We'll be back when the need arises.
