Visited Bellaire ER on a Saturday night. They were extremely nice, it was really and in and out visit and left feeling so much better. Couldn’t made a better choice.
Had professional service in an inopportune time. I am happy that the ER is available. I have had terrible service with Billing OMG. The Billing Service did not return my calls. Could not reach them via email nor web site. Finally I called the ER and spoke with Morello,Accounts Manager. Morello was the only one to resolve my issue. Thank goodness!
Excellent Service! Beyond expectations. From a warm welcoming by Cris (their RD Tech) to great bed manners by both nurse Kristina and Dr. Q. Fast, professional and friendly staff. Not to mention how well they performed while on since 7:00 a.m as due to the inclement weather the staff that was supposed to take over couldn’t make it to the ER. If you need a small ER that opens 24hr this is the place to go.
It was a very nice place common staff very nice very professional. My nurse, I can't pronounce your name but it's p h u o n g, she was very nice very knowledgeable. Dr. Eskin was very very nice, I wouldn't mind if she was my primary care physician. I had X-rays done and Eric is very professional and I appreciate his patients because I was in pain and couldn't hold the position. I would have given it 5 stars, that I'll know about that fitstar when I see the bill thank you very much
I went in for stomach pains and was admitted immediately. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely caring. If I ever need immediate again I’m always coming here.
The best service I had in a long time Phuong and Jessica were my nurses and such great personalities. Doctor Phi actually listens unlike my PCP and Eric and Chris were very kind. I went to this place twice in one week it's just awesome!
