I went in, accompanied by my 12 yr old son, on the evening of Weds., March 28th for chest pains. There was no wait time. All persons I came into contact with, the gentleman at the reception, Dr. Farrah, nurse Adriana, and Ronnie, who drew my blood (not easy, I have difficult veins) and also took my chest Xray, were all warm and caring, very attentive and very professional!! My veins are difficult and many times phlebotomist don't believe me and end up poking me 5 times before they go for the vein I know they can always get b... read more

Bellaire ER was awesome! Dr. Q, Jessica, Jay and Chris all made me feel at ease and were very nice. They ensured that I was comfortable at all times. Jessica even called to check on me the day after.
Excellent professional service , Walked in & the employees were just awesome, they were very helpful. My nurse was Adriana (her attention was A+) and Doctor Phi . I want to thank you all for such great customer service.
The service and doctors care was excelent. I visited on 2/14/2018 and was attended by nurse PHUONG and Dr Weinberg. To this day I'm very satisfied with their treatment and service. Will I return if needed? Absolutely yes, and recommend Bellaire ER to anyone needing treatment. Oscar A.
This facility is awesome. It was very clean, and didn't have the odd emergency room smell. RAD Tech Justin greeted us, and made friends with my very sick toddler who had been throwing up on and off over the last 4 days. I knew he was warming up to the staff when on Justin's way out- my son wanted to fist bump him :) (after a throat swab!?!) our nurse Adriana was super sweet and just as great!! Excellent service.
I went in a few days ago and I am so glad that I did. The nurses Jessica and Crystal were excellent and kind. I went in for dehydration and headaches and Dr Phi had me feeling better in no time!!! I had a cr scan and the tech Eric was very friendly as well. This is an excellent place to come to for care and it definitely is an asset in our community. I will surely come here again if the need arises and I recommend my friends and family to do so also. No waiting and it beats the hospital ER. Thank you Bellaire ER staff!!! You... read more
