My wife and I have chosen Bell's before and been satisfied with their product and service, so we went back to them when we needed to replace the carpet in one of our rooms and the vinyl in a bathroom. The sales person worked with us to identify our wants and needs. She was very knowledgable and expressed a genuine interest in us and showing us products that met our needs. 6/27 picked out a laminated floor. Fred was to call for appointment to measure. Never did. We called and he showed up next morning, 7/6 to measure. He said he would e-mail us an estimate. Never did. We called today 7/ll. He said he would e-mail us the estimate. still waiting. You came recommended by friends. But, this is no way to do business. Thought you would like to know.

Bell's Carpet installed ceramic tile in my kitchen in March/April of 2014. It was not properly installed or completely finished. Fred said he had never seen a haze or cloudiness before on new tile. I had to mop with vinegar and water 5x before it cleared. I talked to Fred several times and he wasn't sure what to do. Maybe they had used a commercial grade grout instead of the normal grout. Mike said they had not used commercial grout. The grout kept coming up, in strips not just little pieces. Now I have to pay someone else ... read more
