I just bought a new house and replaced all the carpets. Angie Johnson helped me every step of the way from the selection of the carpet and pad to the installation. I was very grateful to her both for her expertise and thoroughness. She was easy to work with and always pleasant. It was a big financial investment for me and I felt good about my entire experience with Angie, Bell’s in general, and their installers.
this past fall we renovated our master bath & we worked with angie johnson i choosing a LVT flooring.....she was super easy to work with, professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, & appreciated her customer interest with follow-ups.....the LVT installer was excellent as well(long time employee)...it was a joy to work with bell’s carpets & angie!
I bought carpet from Bell's recently and had a great experience from beginning to end. I had a very patient and caring sales person, Angela Johnson. She was helpful and never pushy. She helped me find the exact color and texture I needed, but then had to be patient with me for several months while I was deciding whether or not to spend the money. We were fortunate to get to work with Angie to buy carpet for our entire house. We were worried about the cost of carpeting and told her so early. She told us that if she knew our budget, she could find us a carpet we would be happy with. True to her word, she found carpet well within our budget and it looks great. What a great experience with Bell’s. We were greeted by Angie when we came in and she went right to work assisting us with options. She was knowledgeable and helped us narrow it down and we found exactly what we were looking for. Henry did our install and he is a true professional. He even fixed the squeak in our floor and knew exactly what was causing it and how to fix it.
I couldn't be happier with Bell's Carpet. The whole experience from helping pick out the perfect flooring to install was wonderful and stress free. I was getting overwhelmed with all the choices and options out there but Bell's Carpet online tool helped narrow down the choices for me. This review is long overdue -- I can't even begin to express how happy I was with the service from Bell's Carpet. From the moment I walked into the store they were amazing. We were not sure what to look for at first but worked with Angie and she was so accommodating and friendly and helped me get the perfect rug and pads.
