We just had our second floor carpet replaced. Angie came to measure and set everything up for us. She did a wonderful job through the whole process. She was always responsive and helpful. I will go back to Bell's next time I need new carpet and ask for Angie!
We recently replaced the carpet on the second level of our home. While we selected it several months ago, we were hesitant about getting it installed given the current environment. The installers couldn't have been better and followed all safety precautions. In addition, they were so neat through every phase of the process. Angie's follow through and follow up were excellent and we were extremely happy with the entire process. We definitely recommend Bell's Carpet!
Just made our THIRD purchase with Bell’s. We’re on our second house and could not have done it without Angie. Still have another purchase in the next few months and we will definitely be going back to Bell’s so we can work with Angie.
We recently purchased an area rug for our master bedroom from Bells and were very pleased with Angie's help in all aspects of our experience. She was friendly, knowledgable and made all of our dealings enjoyable. We love our rug and will be returning to purchase one for our family room soon. She has already measured at our home for this and we are excited to come in and pick one out.
The work was professional and the hod was perfect thet took all the care on the,world to satify my issues.due to the time restraints i had it was amazing the job they did.it was all due to the hrlp i got from Angie. I explained my situation to her and she went out of her way t o help me get the job completed. Just had my carpets and stair runners installed and I’m so happy!!! Angie was so wonderful through the entire experience. From helping me pick matching sets, to letting me constantly reschedule due to painter issues, and even being kind and checking in during Corona virus. She was never pushy, very helpful and genuine. We just had our first experience with Bell's Carpet based on a friend's recommendation and we were so pleased. We replaced carpet upstairs and downstairs and Angie was very helpful to me. I was a little overwhelmed with the decision process but she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. She was patient and communicative and we are very pleased with the final product! Thank you to Angie and all the staff at Bell's Carpet. We will be back for our future flooring needs for sure!
We recently replaced our family room carpet and found Angie at Bells Carpets very helpful in finding what I had in mind. We had to reschedule our installation 3 times because of family conflicts and Angie was very understanding and accommodating each time I needed to change the installation date.
