Luxury in name and price only... If you care about cleanliness and decorum or fellow residents, don't move here. There are stains from trash up and down every staircase. Often, people leave trash on the staircases or shove it into the small trashcans at the bottom of the stairs. The dumpster is always overfilled with trash strewn all over the place...wherever anyone wants to place it, so much so that the dumpsters are sometimes placed outside the designated areas because of the amount of trash everywhere. The living situations are average at best, not considering the difficulties it takes to get work orders fulfilled. But the real frustrating part is trying to move out. Not only did we initially get someone else's closing statement, containing their personal information, but the apartment complex tried to charge us over $500 for "rent loss," even though we had paid the remaining rent in full.
