Still waiting for Scooby and shaggy to let me know why maintenance left a note on my door that they were inside my apt last Friday be hence my knowledge nor 24 hr notice why? I came home in dark past 7pm to a notice maintenance was currently inside my home. doors were unlocked yet no one was present. waited all evening and no one came back. called office opening on Monday morning and was down played like it was no big deal my home I locked on my way to work and came home to an open door was a mystery!

Signed a lease a month before actually moving in on the lease date and had a death in the family affecting my move to the state. Cancelled 3 WEEKS before the lease went into effect and tried to get in touch dozens of times with no response. Finally got a hold of someone and they stated I was responsible for 2 months rent. And the rent amount wasn't what I signed, it was the standard rate. To add insult, they charged the pet fee also!!
