My mother began life at Belmont in August 2021 and is approaching one year at the establishment. Belmont is all about people. The staff have been kind, both to me, my mother and my wider family. From my initial phone call with the care home manager to getting our dad/husband settled into Belmont, I can honestly say we have been met with nothing but kindness and compassion from a very supportive team of hardworking professionals. In what has been a very emotional couple of months, the whole team at Belmont has made our dad and us feel very welcome. He is cared for in all aspects of his well-being, and his dignity is maintained and respected.

Everyone at Belmont goes above and beyond for my nan. She is well looked after and loves getting her nails done. There’s always some activity going on to keep her occupied and she’s looking the best she has in a while. Thank you so much for everything that you do for her. I and my family really appreciate it so much.

My mum entered the home last year and settled in really quickly. She has been really happy at the home and is well looked after. All the staff are very friendly and have coped really well with the Covid situation. I would highly recommend Belmont.

Belmont House has given my family a wonderful gift, the relief of knowing our family members are safe. The staff are wonderful and work tirelessly to provide both clients and their families with the best of care and support. I have 3 grandparents taking residence in Belmont at present; we cannot thank them enough.

All the staff at Belmont House are amazing. The care that they provide is excellent. They treat the residents with the utmost respect, and nothing is too much trouble. They also treat the residents like they are family with love and compassion. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do to look after my father.

I want to personally thank everybody from Belmont Care Home for their professional care, understanding, and most of all, the friendliness they have given to my mum and family. Mum has been in Belmont now for exactly a year after a stroke. She has dementia, and it has been really hard for us to take in and for me personally found it heartbreaking to cope. The carers who look after my mum at Belmont are amazing. Some of them have worked there for many years which speaks volumes. The manager of Belmont always has time to discuss any worries families may have. The carers treat mum with dignity, patience and kindness. The food is plentiful and home-cooked. I finally have peace of mind knowing that mum is safe and well looked after. Thank you to all the staff at Belmont.

A very happy comfortable place for Mum to be. Home from home, with added peace of mind. Mum has specific needs and these are well cared for. Mum has started smiling again and with the help and support she receives she's happy.
