Karina also was very communicative, on top of our timeline, and was able to track down the office of our neighborhood for the littlest things. She knows all the ins and outs of city living in DC/Northern VA. We are so happy to have worked with her!

Very knowledgeable when we were doing property visits in terms of pointing out strengths and potential weaknesses to a first-time buyer like myself. Opinionated but not in an overbearing such that you feel your voice is being lost, more that you know she really cares about her work. Has great connections for escrow/financing.
