Karina know NoVa very well as she has been in this business for a long time, and she was able to find our perfect house when we moved to Falls Church 8 years ago even though we thought we could just use online tools. We had to move out of the area and went back with Karina to sell. She is very responsive, easy to talk to, and got us a very good price for the area we sold in. Ms. Srebrow has sold two investment houses in N. Arlington for me since June 2014. She priced the properties competitively in order to stimulate builder interest, since we judged builders, not owner occupants, to be the most appropriate purchasers for these properties. Both properties elicited purchase contracts in fewer than 5 days with two or more valid offers. The second property sold for more than 4% over list price. I am entirely pleased with these results.
