Their local knowledge of the area comes second to none and this cannot be replaced. It is also a huge plus working with a boutique company where you are not treated like a number or just another customer. Karina, She simply exceeded all expectations. She not only sold our home at full asking price with only being on the market for 5 days, she expertly coordinated minor repairs and notary requirements in our absence. I had already bought a new home and coordinated with Karina from out of state. Her team was great at getting my old home in presentable shape, identifying which updates were necessary and which were not recommended, determining a realistic price with a good rationale, and then surprisingly quickly finding an eager buyer at a price that I thought was fair to both me and to them. The process was smooth, clear and organized from start to finish. We just closed today. Karina and her team did a great job for me.
