I had already bought a new home and coordinated with Karina from out of state. Her team was great at getting my old home in presentable shape, identifying which updates were necessary and which were not recommended, determining a realistic price with a good rationale, and then surprisingly quickly finding an eager buyer at a price that I thought was fair to both me and to them. The process was smooth, clear and organized from start to finish. We just closed today. Karina and her team did a great job for me.

Karina was a life-saver in getting our home sold quickly! She knows the Northern VA area extremely well, and that definitely came in handy in marketing and selling our home! Karina know NoVa very well as she has been in this business for a long time, and she was able to find our perfect house when we moved to Falls Church 8 years ago even though we thought we could just use online tools. We had to move out of the area and went back with Karina to sell. She is very responsive, easy to talk to, and got us a very good price for the area we sold in. If you are looking for someone that can get the job done and be very honest with you, I highly recommend Karina.

Excellent realtor, she helped stage and market my home for a quick sale. She currently manages a rental property for me. She and her mom Emelia Beltran are the best in the northern Virginia area.
