I had a $45 coupon for a clean. They said they were gonna do it and just did x-rays and refused to do my clean. He was saying I needed a deep clean. Now they sent me a bill for $214. Scam. They don’t do a good job.
I've been going to Dr Mandel since 2008. He is the sweetest and loving Dentist I've ever met. His staff is beyond attentive and professional. I feel not only pampered while in their care, but important. Having dental issues my entire life it's not easy to find the right care and someone who understands your concerns. Dr. Ben Mandel and his staff are always kind, professional and thorough. Dr. Mandel is always gentle no matter what procedure is being done. Not many can say that they no longer fear going to their Dentist, but I do. My teeth and gums are in the best shape they have ever been in since becoming a patient. I recommend them highly.
I really like the staff here. Desire the appointment setter is very knowledgeable and nice to speak with about any concerns I have or questions. The dental assistant Maribel is an absolute sweetheart. Additionally, Dr Mandel is cool to get to see. I enjoy coming in to my appointment to update them all on how I am progressing in my health. I have let Dr Mandel pull 4 of my wisdom teeth at age 30 with no issues. My first experience with Dr. Mandel and his staff was a positive one. Everyone was friendly. I had X-rays taken and Dr. Mandel studied them. I liked that he asked my feelings about dentists - meaning had I ever had a bad experience which left me with any fears. He carefully reviewed my medical history and was thorough with his exam. My hygienist was a lovely woman. She did a great job, too. I would recommend Dr. Mandel and his staff.
