I’m able to talk to someone whenever I need to and the people in charge of my account have no problem reaching out to me either. Clean Our overall experience has been that Bench is personable, intuitative, and user-friendly. Pros What we like most about Bench is their level of customer service. From setup to now, the team has been here with us and is extremely easy to reach out to. Beyond this, the interface is very clean, quick to load. Bench has been great for accounting in our small business It's been great. Love that I don't have to keep track of all accounting myself and that I can take a look at how the business is doing from a high level by just looking at the dashboard. Pros I like that its very plug and play and they literally do everything for you. Cons I haven't come across anything that I dislike really.
