Simplified bookkeeping service Solid. Pros Ease of uploading, pulse tab to see where my finances are currently, and the ease of communication with my book keeping team. Cons The scheduling software is usually a day out. So, urgent questions don't get answered until the following day.

Life Saver nothing short of great. Pros The Bench team was there every step to explain what the software did, how to use it and what they need from me. I am super busy so I needed hand holding and that's exactly what the bench team did. Cons I had to do some of the integrations manually, such as sending over bank statements, but I would to have had to do this with a regular bookeeper anyway.

Bookkeeping made easy (and really intuitive) Bench was a great experience from start to finish and though I did not continue to use them, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable bookkeeping service. Bench is great My accounting was solved using bench, literally it's set it and forget it, these guys are top notch and make your life easy. Pros Incredibly supportive staff, intuitive friendly user-interface, provided year end tax portfolio that I could easily give to my CPA. Bench is just fantastic, I can't say enough good things about the way they have handled my accounts for the past 3 years, highly recommend. If you're a professional, this is for you. Cons The only con here is that I didn't switch sooner.

A great value of service for taking care of bookkeeping Great experience and helpful service. Awesome value since an in-person CPA would be double the cost. Seamless Bookkeeping My experience has been overall positive! My bookkeeper is there when I need him and always professional and friendly! Best accounting tool for startups Pros Its platform and customer service are the best things I experienced in my life Cons No negative comments everything it's great!
Bench Accounting Bench employee's are great to work with, However software needs a lot of work. Pros Web based. Sync up with your bank and easy communication with bench. Cons You basically have to do a lot of data entry which is counter to why you would use a cloud based accounting software. Not as functional as other programs.
