Ben was great throughout the whole process. We were working with a few lenders and he was by far the most helpful and upfront about everything. Not sure I will ever use anyone else ever.

After this horrible embarrassing experience, we faced recently. I cannot recommend Ben Hargraves. We were unable to close on the home the date it was scheduled due to his own incompetency. Everyone including the attorney is there to close, however Ben dropped the ball. We had to stay at a hotel over the weekend and close the following week. At this closing as the attorney was going through the numbers, Ben snuck into the closing cost points we never agreed to purchase to buy down the rate.
