My experience with Dr. Harper and RVO has been 100% positive. There was no pressure to have total knee replacement surgery. Once I made the decision, I was given a binder full of information. I read it and followed directions, starting with the exercises to strengthen my leg muscles. The staff is professional, friendly and always willing to answer questions. This overweight, arthritic 70 year old woman now walks pain free and no longer waddles like a duck. Dr. Harper is wonderful!

Seems competent and has a good "bedside manner." No problem at all after about 6 weeks. Fully functional hip.

The first time I met Dr. Harper he came across as a very nice guy. We discussed the hip replacement procedure and he answered all the questions I had regarding the procedure. The surgery was a complete success and the pain I was experiencing before the surgery is completely gone. I would highly recommend Dr. Harper to anyone who needs a hip replacement.

I have suffered knee pain for more than 30 years from sports related injuries resulting in more than 6 surgeries the last two were TKA by Dr. Harper. His professional knowledge and pleasant bedside manners enhances the experience, but the real reason I recommend him is his ability to provide successful TKA. I can honestly say the outcome was life changing and I would recommend Dr. Harper to anyone needing relief from knee pain. Stop putting it off and do yourself a favor, call Dr. Harper.

June 2024 I had 2 small Pelvic Fractures. I was referred to Dr. Harper. Saw him once. He did not ask to see me again. He ordered pain med and a DEXA (sp) scan. Scan came back that I had weakened bones. In October I had Multiple Pelvic Fractures. Found a different doctor. Pelvic Fractures are very painful and has taken me almost a year to recover. I use a cane and I limp. Not completely healed, I may never will be, but I am hopeful.
