Friendly, knowledgeable doctor
Dr. Harper is very understanding. He took time with me and he explains things very well. He doesn't act like he is above you. He is down to earth and never in a hurry but still is very busy I like that. Great doctor and highly recommend.
Dr. Harper is very personable and I am happy to say that with the care he and his office has shown me is incredible and I would recommend him to anyone needing a replacement.
