Dr. Harper has done both my knees and a hip. I have had no adverse problems with any of the surgeries or recoveries. He is an excellent surgeon and a personable guy. I’d recommend him to anyone.

Excellent total knee replacement. Dr. Harper was able to straighten my knee in spite of considerable bone wear. Pain is gone
Of the four orthopedic surgeons who have done procedures on my knee over many years, he is the one I would recommend above the others. He is professional, has a sense of humor, explains expectations thoroughly, and is kind and humble. Prior to my last surgery i was quite truthfully terrified of the outcome and must admit it has turned out better than I expected. Only four months post surgery I am doing better than I have in years and with very moderate pain.
