Company was responsive to our concerns and questions, always courteous and maintained up to date communication throughout the process. I waited to review until we had experience with weather and seasonal changes---all is good! We had 26 new windows installed and complete new LP siding.

I received a response in a very short time. ALso, the estimate was emailed to me in just a few days. Although I went with a different roofer, Berg impressed me on their professionalism and timely response. I contacted Berg Roofing and Home Improvements for an estimate on a house and detached two car garage tear off and new roofs.

Very happy with the quality of work and customer service. They answered all of my questions and reacted quickly to my concerns to ensure my satisfaction. I will certainly use them for future projects. They removed and replaced asphalt shingle roof including sheeting. Removed wood siding and installed vinyl siding. Installed aluminum soffit and fascia. Removed and replaced gutters and downspouts.

Terrific - I had worked with Berg Roofing and had them replace my windows about 2 years ago. I worked with Tom Pierce regarding the quote and throughout the process then, and this time with the siding and gutters. I obtained estimates from additional companies, but Berg was competitive. I also appreciate Tom's approach - no high pressure sales, just good information and really listens to the customer. I also appreciated that some of the same workers were involved. Berg and their team was very diligent and efficient in getting the job done. I would highly recommend them for future work. Berg replaced all of our siding, soffits, and gutters.

The finished project looks excellent. We had some unexpected rain that caused water to enter the house and create damage during the project. They covered all of the costs in a very professional and timely manner. I would hire Berg Roofing again! Roof replacement

Brian came on time and did the work. I was pleased with the work and his professionalism. Nails were coming off of the shingles. Needed to be renailed and recaulked

Starting in late 2015 we had a lot of trouble getting a response, and even though we had a signed contract (after a while of trying), I had to give up trying to get follow through. The original roof installation went fine, and I was told the lack of responsiveness around that time was due to sickness, and issues with the telephone system and messages, for which the person I spoke to was apologetic, but sadly I had to go with another company as water was leaking into my kitchen. Dan was great to work with. He delivered what he promised. His pricing was fair and the workmanship was great. His crew was polite and cleaned up after themselves every day. I would recommend Berg to anyone who needs their siding replaced. Berg roofing replaced our gutters, fascia, and siding.
