We are very pleased with our new roof and chimney. And the clean up was amazing! From start to finish, Tom has been a pleasure to work with. Very attentive and responsive to our needs. I left a message and recieved a return call a few hours later. I don't remember the guys name who called, but he was very upfront that they do not work much with slate tile roofs. They are a large outfit, they do over 10k roofs a year, however, he said he didn't want to waste anyone's time since they don't work with slate. From beginning to end, a terrific experience. John Oros assured us that my wife's two gardens would be safe and that was true. Very professional. Started at 6:45a and was completely done by 4:30p. Hardest working crew I've ever seen. Not one bit of roofing was left in my yard...like they weren't there. Highly recommend asking for John, especially for anyone who is working with an insurance company to put through claims. Made the insurance process easy for us. John came out a few days after I requested a quote. Arrived on time, assessed the job and gave me a quote. His crew came out on time and completed the job in one day. They did a great job, including removing old gutters and downspouts and cleaning up afterwards. Replaced gutters and downspouts.

First off, let me start by saying this is my first review, ever. I had a great experience working with John from Berg Roofing. He responded to my inquiry immediately and was out to do an estimate a few days later. He presented the quote with fixed costs, the different options for shingles, and additional options. He was very knowledgable on everything. Working with Berg was wonderful. John Oros was happy to meet and discuss the order at any time. The men who showed up to complete the job were thorough and efficient. You always hope that the project will turn out as you envision and this project turned out even better than I had envisioned. Removed old siding, installed insulation and new siding on the gables of my home.
