John showed exemplary customer service! He remained in contact with me throughout the whole experience. Also, his estimate and diagnosis of the issue was honest! It went very well. The roofer (Jack) was very professional and got right to work, replacing the shingles. I was impressed with Berg Roofing. I called on Saturday one of the sales people there (John) and thought it would take a few days to get this done. But he kept me in contact and they were able to fit me that Sunday to replace the shingles. Luckily I had leftover shingles from the complete roof job that was done on my house about 5 years ago. The past weekend many homes in the area had damage due to unusually high winds. We lost some shingles in our roof and made calls to a few roofers in the area. Everyone was inundated by calls, 40-60 deep. John at Berg responded very quickly to my inquiry and was really easy to work with, despite the influx of work. They even drove by the house to scout out the situation and was able to get someone out to repair our roof within 3 hours of our call. It went well. John Oros was our sales representative and project manager. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. The work was done in a timely manner and the installers did and excellent job and were professional. Replaced all of our glass windows.

Had several companies out for our decorative kitchen window but Berg Roofing and Home Improvements stood out with their expertise in custom windows. They also replaced a basement window that had not been in proper working order. Their measurements are always very accurate. They also cleaned up after themselves. The workers were always very considerate, very careful and respected our home. I would recommend them to anyone for windows. replaced basement window and a decorative kitchen window
