RecommendedMy husband and I had a good experience with them. We were travelling when the service Transmission light went on. The motel we were staying at, directed us right down the road to them. We have a 2013 focus which was the recall for faulty transmissions, but we chose to keep the car. We did have 2 "computer adjustments" for the transmission over the 3 years we have the car.
