Do not buy from this company! First, the salesman, Bill, is the definition of a used car salesman- he only let us test drive 1 mile, wouldn’t negotiate at all or give us any incentive to buy from them, and fed us a load of crap the whole time we were there. Then, he forgot paperwork and was trying to force us to drive over an hour in the middle of our workday to fix his mistake after we already had to make 3 trips and miss 3 days of work- because ‘the truck wasn’t ready.’ Now, 3 months later our 2018, F150 with 48,000 miles... read more

Forgot my appt was scheduled when I showed up, never called me to reschedule. Then service manager never returned my phone call. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever received.

An employee in the service department damaged my truck. Now the service department won't answer the phone or respond to emails. I've been trying for three days.

When your standing by the service bay and you hear several of the mechanics asking who change the oil and they go back and forth on it that’s a problem. When you get there before 8:30 and they put your truck in and it’s now 10:12 and I still have no keys to get going, that’s a problem. I’ll never do this again.
