I went in for a rapid Covid test at 2:35p and was told it was an hour wait. Two hours later I have to go up and ask how much longer it would be. It turned out my name was somehow skipped. So, I wait another 10 minutes and get called back. Like I mentioned above I got a rapid Covid test. It is now 9:35p and I still don’t have my results. The whole point was to get my results quickly because I’m not feeling the best and I wanted the results before I go out of town in the morning.
My son needed a Covid test to return to school, and at check in we were told it would be about an hour because they were really busy. It was two hours before we got called in. I realize being busy is out of their control but people should be aware that their stated wait times are not accurate. When we went back, my license and insurance card were being handled by two people at the front desk, one without a mask on and one not wearing it over mouth and nose. We have a busy household with 4 children. The staff is great but it’s far from walk in. Walk in means 2 hours or more.
They are not prioritizing non-covid test patients, and allow all covid test patients to wait indoors next to people being seen for other reasons....
they state they are giving a test but they are actually charging for a complete urgent care visit so the insurance billing can be maximized
RecommendedGreat place. They get you back to see the Doctor quickly. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
Convenient and competent little wait time
From out-of-town, called ahead to schedule COVID Test. Went as planned, resolute provided in 48 hours. Fast, easy BUT call ahead!
this is stupid I was just here 4 months ago no insurance changes and they refuse to see me unless I pay 100$ . what is wrong with u ppl . I can barley breathe and can't get seen .
