Went there today for my 3 year old who has an ear infection. She LOVED the toy corner, with the cartoons and especially the magnetic set. She was also a huge fan of the Paw Patrol room. When it was time to go she was upset b/c she wanted to go back and play. It was about an hour there total which has to be expected with an urgent care.

Updated: after my last reveiw, I have to change it. The Dr in the latest fb promo Dr Edsy (spelling), has diagnosed me incorrectly. Once for an ear infection, said my ears were good, when they weren't. Then, about 2 weeks ago, I came in for what I thought was a sinus infection, he gave me antibiotics. I took them, they didn't help. Went back to them yesterday, he said i still have a sinus infection. Something didn't feel right. I said I would like a chest xray. This place is pretty fast and very clean and nice...but ..they misdiagnosed both of my kids on seperate occasions and had them on meds for no reason. My kids pediatrician was very unhappy and told me to stop going to this center when i have an after hr issue w my kids. I feel like they want to write scripts and run tests that are unneeded for some reason. Maybe they get something out of it? Not sure but i just cant trust them any more. If you into receiving Antibiotics for a pulled muscle, I guess they are alright! They female doctor is horrible, I wouldn't send anyone to her ever!! The male doctors that my children and husband have seen before are good!! But I will never be returning to this place!

Thought I was really going to like this place very clean and no waiting. But every time I have been there I have had problems. The first time it took them 6 hours to call my prescriptions in and that was after I called them 3 times. Second time they insisted they gave prescription to my daughter for my cough syrup and they didn't give her anything. I followed up with them 6 times and they kept saying someone would call me back. No call back. Customer service is a big part of a business and they don't have that.

Wouldn't bother wasting your copay here. They just tried to shove drugs on me and push me out the door without even trying figure out what was actually wrong. The doctor wore jeans and a t-shirt. Very unprofessional.
