Terrible place! I went to this place on Saturday because my eye was hurting pretty bad. I was expecting to see a doctor but ended up just seeing one of the nurses. He had no knowledge at all of what he was talking about and diagnosed me with a irritated eye. He took awhile to figure out which eye drop he should prescribe me cause he wasn't sure (he was looking on his phone). I have no insurance so I paid like 500/600 over the span of a few months just learn that I had pnemonia so bad that I ended up in the hospital for a whole week. I have never been that sick before and I'm pretty young so I listened to what they told me. said I had bronchitis every time with little to no looking at me. I actually almost died and not 1 time did anyone suggest I should go to the ER. I was just told to come back if the meds didn't work. I love the doctors at this clinic, how ever the staff do things half ass. They give you service then say “oh, we will bill you because that wasn’t covered “ Really, shouldn’t you have checked before hand. Then, you call and they say come in no wait for a flu shot, I’m there an hour. Tighten up fam! Not good.
I came on today to see if I needed stitches after I cut my foot. Everyone was super friendly, the office was so clean and no one laughed at my clumsiness that led to the cut, nor my chipped toenail polish that was seriously more embarrassing to me than the pain in my foot. Dr. Saleh and the nurse practitioner he was training had me stitched, wrapped, and out the door within a half hour. Super impressive!
My son was in yesterday for a head laceration. The doctor placed staples in his head. 8 to be exact. By mid day, the staples were falling out. Later yesterday evening, I had to take him to the emergency room, and have the hack staple job fixed. The Doctors and nurses in the emergency room were in awe over how botched these staples were. 3 were not even placed near the laceration, and the other 5 were not even holding the cut closed. **update** Dr. Saleh (practice owner) contacted me personally this evening. It was much appreciated, and his concern about the incident was sincere. He truly cares about his patients. I think he is a great doctor, as my children, myself, and husband have seen him before for minor cold stuff when we couldn’t get into our PCP. I stand corrected, it was not a doctor that applied the staples, but a Nurse Practitioner. I do think however, if we do return we would make sure the specific NP wasn’t there. I can't give stars since I have never been there. But when my loved one comes in and presents with blood pressure high enough that he should have been sent to Beaumont as it would have been the nearest hospital. And you just brush it off? It's enough for me to never visit.
