I had a great experience buying my Tacoma pick up from Berlin, Information was great, service during sale great, but when I saw that floormats were included and were not in the truck, hit an obstacle. Little disappointed that this was not taken care of immediately. Anyway, salesman got me in for a service call, halogen light out, cost me 50 bucks, soon after the sale, should have been covered in my opinion. Berlin is great, but I will shop around next time.

This was my second Tacoma I have bought from this dealership and I believe this will be a regular thing - me doing business with this dealership every time I need a new vehicle. The product is great, the customer service is great, and they worked with me on the price. The sales crew was friendly and did not pressure me in any way at all.
