Good communication by salesperson and the service department. Ricky worked hard to negotiate a good price on my car. They even delivered my new car to my home which is more than 2 hours away. His low pressure sales approach was exactly what I was looking for. Before I committed to the sale I went to another dealer and disclosed the deal I had at Berlin. Everyone is friendly and efficient, from the service writers to the technicians to the shuttle driver. They make it so easy to schedule maintenance at my convenience.
"Berlin City beat the best price that I could get at the..." Berlin City beat the best price that I could get at the Augusta dealer. And even though I live near Farmington, Berlin City made a lot of sense to me because they delivered the car to me in Farmington at no extra charge! You should make the trip to this dealership and price a car. If you can't find a better price, then give them a call back and have the car delivered to your doorstep. It's the only way to shop for a new (or used) car!
