I brought it back to Berlin City and they fixed it, no questions, no problem, and best of all, no fee!! I found the car online and it was as advertised. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Berlin City and would recommend them to family and friends.

Everyone at the dearlership, and Tom in particular, are friendly and accomodating, always willing to take an extra step or answer another question. We have always had good experiences on the service side of the dealership. I would (and do) recommend going to see Tom at Berlin City if you are considering a new Toyota.
