Have bought several rooms of furniture over the years. Never had any problems.
Paul was friendly and informative. He gave us enough space to make up our minds with no pressure. It was an excellent experience. The rest of the sales staff were also friendly. The atmosphere was very relaxed. We wish other retailers would adopt this attitude.
The sales woman Maryanne was great, we will be definetly be coming back, and recommend to friends and family
